finding your way: questions for the path ahead

  • What does it mean to live a "resurrected life"?
To live a resurrected life is to step out of the "tombs" of our past—the places where shame, trauma, and survival mode have kept us hidden and stagnant. It is a spiritual renewal where you are no longer defined by your wounds, but by the new life and grace flowing through you. It’s the transition from merely surviving to truly thriving.
  • How does this differ from just "self-improvement"?
Self-improvement often feels like another "to-do" list or a way of "fixing" yourself. A resurrected life is about surrender and restoration. Instead of performing or striving, you are invited to let a higher power breathe new life into your weary spirit. It’s not about becoming a "better" version of yourself; it’s about becoming the true version of who you were created to be.
  • What does it mean to "thrive" instead of just "survive"?
Surviving is often about managing pain, hiding behind "masks," or just trying to get through the day. Thriving is a state of eudaemonic well-being, where you move toward your full potential with a sense of purpose and meaning. By surrendering brokenness and embracing a direct partnership with the Creator, you shift from reacting to stress to actively cultivating a life of peace and joy.
  • How will this program improve my physical and emotional health?
Scientific research shows that high levels of well-being are linked to stronger immune systems, better physical health, and even a longer lifespan. Emotionally, this journey focuses on resilience building—the ability to cope with challenges while maintaining a positive outlook. By aligning your internal narrative with God’s truth, you can reduce the physical and mental burden of chronic stress and anxiety.
  • Can this journey really help my relationships?
Yes. People with higher well-being and a secure sense of belonging tend to have more satisfying and cooperative relationships. As you learn to see yourself as "unique, beautiful, and worthy" through God's eyes, that self-love naturally overflows into how you treat others, fostering deeper empathy and more trusting connections.
  • What if I’ve never had a relationship with God before?
This is a journey of exploration and self-discovery first. You don't need to follow a religion or a set of rules to start. We focus on the "ultimate love of self"—finding your true identity within the unconditional love of a Creator who meets you exactly where you are, regardless of your past or current beliefs.
  • How does "letting go" lead to freedom?
Letting go of self-destructive behaviors and harmful internal narratives allows you to reclaim energy spent on things outside your control. By surrendering the need to "mask" your pain and instead inviting in Divine partnership, you create space for your natural choices to align with a healthier, more balanced way of living.
  • How do the 12 Steps lead to a resurrected life?
The 12 Steps provide the "path inward." By navigating these steps, you unearth the hidden treasures of your soul and clear away the wreckage that has kept you in survival mode. Each step is a brick in the bridge leading you out of the darkness and into the light of a restored, resurrected life.
  • What are the "first steps" in this journey inward?
The process begins with self-reflection and acknowledging your current reality without judgment. From there, we work on building small, daily habits—like mindfulness and gratitude—that anchor your soul in grace and help you begin to see yourself as truly chosen.
  • What does a resurrected life look like in daily practice?
It looks like choosing peace over overwhelm and truth over shame. It means silencing the false internal narratives that say you aren't enough and replacing them with a steady confidence in your worth. It is a life of balance, freedom, and unconditional love that affects how you treat yourself and how you show up for others.

A Healing Journey to Personal Growth & Renewal

As a means to cope with our own personal traumas or the difficulties of life, many of us find ourselves having emotional challenges and/or using coping mechanisms that adversely affect our health and can disrupt relationships. We can find ourselves lost in negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs, unable to escape old patterns of behavior that continue to harm others and ourselves.

Can you relate? Truth is, in the human condition, we all can.

We often know no other way and are simply doing our best to survive in life.

My friend, did you think you were the only one suffering with the challenges of life?

The only one feeling lost, confused, overwhelmed? Not even close.

We all struggle to live life on life's terms. WE ARE NOT ALONE.

"When I was lost, Jesus found me.

When I was trapped in sin, Jesus set me free.

When I was too weak to go on, Jesus carried me.

When I was heartbroken, Jesus comforted me."

Have you ever heard the old adage “knowledge equals power”? Let’s lean into that together!

As we gain greater understanding of how trauma has affected our bodies and our lives, we can acknowledge that our trauma is already imprinted.

But we’re tired of our trauma defining how we show up in the world, right? Well, coping on non-destructive terms is the key.

This is where the Divine gift of grace meets our trauma, where the true healing ultimately begins.

By living in grace, we can embrace self-love, self-compassion, and self-acceptance,

seeing ourselves as our Creator sees us, 'beautifully broken', for Him.

As we surrender to our brokenness, we can release the strife of 'surviving', we can embrace our power to THRIVE!

Are you ready to receive the grace of our Almighty God?

Are you ready to walk in the truth of who you are in Him?

This is Divine timing, my friend.

It's time to expose the lies of the enemy, the false narratives that say you're not worthy, that you don't matter, that you're too far gone.

It's time to walk in your true identity in Christ.

Join us by taking the FIRST STEP, laying it all down at the foot of the cross so He can pick you up and set you free!

This is a healing program for those who are feeling 'lost in the dark'...

ready to admit they are broken, need grace, and want to grow.

NO PERFECT PEOPLE NEED APPLY!

we can share fellowship with each other."

body

"You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body, and knit me together in my mother's womb" ~ Psalm 139:13

Developing a healthy relationship with the vessel that carries us through our life will keep us grounded in making healthy choices about what we choose to do to care for ourselves. The relationship we have with our bodies directly affects how we treat our bodies. Nourishing a positive self image, seeing ourselves as God sees us: special, unique, and chosen for Him, we find ourselves embracing a lifestyle of wellness based nutrition, exercise, and other self-care practices. We embrace all things healthy because we believe the God given gift of our bodies deserve nothing less!

"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?" ~ 1 Corinthians 6:19

soul

"Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from Him." ~ Psalm 62:1

Each of us was created with an amazing soul to allow us to articulate our own uniqueness, to express our innermost passions, to think, to feel, to reason, to imagine, to dream and to grow. Our internal beliefs regarding life dictate how we interact with others, how we react to experiences, and ultimately how we view the world. By taking time to nourish the soul through self-exploration, we promote inner healing and growth, allowing us to share our authentic life purpose to the world. As we grow in deeper connection to our Creator in a space of surrender and dependence, our souls align with His calling for our lives; a walk in Divine partnership of pure love, joy, and peace.

spirit

"But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and remind you of everything I have said to you." ~ John 14:26

As we acknowledge the Holy Spirit that dwells within - our advocate, redeemer, and friend - we receive His power and capability to make our decisions and choices easier, ground us during periods of change and give us the resiliency to survive with grace and inner peace in the face of adversity. Without God, we are merely surviving. Prioritizing our relationship with God is our power to thrive!
